  • Photo delivery within 24-48hrs.

  • Video delivery within 5-10 business days.

  • Invoice must be paid upon receipt.

  • Late invoices will delay final delivery.

  • Cancellations made within 24hrs of the scheduled shoot will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

  • All Project Intake Forms must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the requested shoot date.

  • Date & Time of shoot will be confirmed/scheduled via text.

  • Adding, removing, or changing elements from a project final without the consent of THLNSMN is prohibited.

  • THLNSMN retains the right to use any/all content for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.

  • 2 rounds of revisions.
