Adding, removing, or changing elements from a project final without the consent of THLNSMN is prohibited.

Photo delivery within 24hrs.

Video delivery within 7-14 business days.

Invoice must be paid upon receipt.

Unpaid balances will pause delivery until payment is received in full.

Cancellations made within 24hrs of the scheduled shoot will incur a cancellation fee for 25% of the total project cost.

Property must be photo/video ready upon arrival. Additional waiting time, staging assistance, or return visits may incur additional fees.

Date & Time of shoot will be confirmed/scheduled via text.

Lot line overlays available using parcel maps or boundary references provided by the agent/seller.

THLNSMN maintains creative discretion regarding composition, editing style, music selection, pacing, color treatment, and final presentation.

72hr revision window.

2 rounds of revisions.

Final media will be archived for 30 days following delivery. Long-term storage is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files.

THLNSMN retains the right to use any/all content for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
